The following return policy (the “Return Policy”) constitutes a legally-binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and 1 Davra, LLC, the parent company of ThePCWholesale.com (collectively “ThePCWholesale.com,” and also “we,” “us” or “our”), concerning any returns related to our PCs and other electronics purchased through our websites, media forms and/or channels (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by purchasing a good or service from ThePCWholesale.com, you agree to be bound by this Return Policy.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS HEREIN, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Return Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Return Policy at the top of this section, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Return Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Return Policy.
1. Shipping Terms and Conditions
- All orders may require Signature Upon Delivery.
- We do not have the ability to request a change of address or to reroute your package once the order was placed or it is in transmit.
All of our new, pre-owned, refurbished and factory refurbished products carry direct warranties from the factory or refurbishing entity, as applicable. Warranty cards are included within the packaging of each product with instructions on how to open a claim.
Used items carry a thirty (30) day to 1(one) year Parts and Labor warranty, which can be found inside each box on a warranty card with instructions how to open a claim if needed.
To obtain a warranty claim by our services, please filling out the online form found in the “My Orders section of our Site, or by contacting us by Live Chat or send email to [email protected], to process a warranty claim requests takes 5-7 business days.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are solely responsible for checking specifications with manufacturers before making a purchase, and we disclaim any and all implied warranties in this connection.
3. Our Return/Refund Policy
As many of our items purchased through ThePCWholesale.com require us to work with third-party vendors and/or suppliers. All sales are considered final. All orders are considered “Special Orders” and subject to these terms and conditions. Special order items cannot be canceled and are not refundable or returnable excluding dead on arrival cases (if the product does not turn on) or when a return is approved by ThePCWholesale.com warranty.
By making a purchase, you understand and accept all the terms and conditions of this website.
However in certain cases, ThePCWholesale.com may, at its discretion, be able to accept a return but must charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.
Additionally, in the event that ThePCWholesale.com accepts a return, any returned items must: be in new condition or original condition as sold;
be in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code); and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
The retail value of any free items kept by a customer will be deducted from any reimbursements provided. Refunds shall be limited to the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
4. Limitation on Liability
ThePCWholesale.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. In no event will ThePCWholesale.com be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
