Why are your prices so low?
This is mainly a wholesale business (hence the name of the site) and most sales go to resellers.
Our site allows us to offer our best price for both resellers and consumers
Do you offer free shipping?
As we try to keep our prices as low as possible, actual shipping cost is calculated automatically with FedEx during checkout and it depends on the actual items in your order and your final shipping destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship to any country other than the USA, this might change in the future.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Most products come with warranty which is specified on each product page.
What if I get a dead product?
We stand by our products.
If, in a rare case you get a dead on arrival (DOA) product contact us as soon as you get it for a replacement/refund.
How fast will I get my order?
All orders are shipped with FedEx
We try to push and ship all orders as soon as we possibly can. Logistics may vary between products and each product will show its “Usually ships within” time estimate in business days which as stated may vary between products.
Once an order is shipped, actual shipping time may vary. The whole process depends on the products you order, the day in which you place your order and your final shipping destination.
Can I pay with PayPal?
As we try to keep our prices as low as possible, paying with PayPal is currently not supported. We might consider supporting it in the future.
Do you offer coupons?
Did you join our mailing list? Each new subscriber gets a coupon for their first order and we occasionally send special coupons and offers to our subscribers
What are Grade B, Grade C products?
These are products that show heavy cosmetics blemishes/scratches but never on the screen.
The products are fully functional and operational. The grade only refers to the cosmetic condition, not functional.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Most items do not have MOQ, but some do.
When MOQ is specified it is not related to the price and you can not order below the MOQ for a higher price.
What does damaged box mean? Is it just the box that is damaged?
If a damaged box is specified for an item it just means that the box of the product is damaged, not the product itself.
